Nike Terminator Supreme High Rock and Roll edition 2008

I'm gonna start by saying.....
I OWN A PAIR OF THESE MO FO's

The Nike Terminator Supreme high rock and roll edition was due for release in 2008 however it never made it to UK general release.
It was released for limited sale in Atmos
(www.atmos-tokyo.com) in Japan.

No these are not the trainers worn by Kyle in the original terminator movie. Those are Blazers.

How did I get them you ask????

I luckily have an amazing fiancé that used to work for a PR company and managed to acquire these especially for me.
Hence why she is my fiancé . Lol

http://sneakernews.com/2016/09/02/complete-guide-air-jordan-1-banned-release/

The re release of the infomouse 1st release from the Jordan brand.
These were the trainers that got Jordan banned from the court for the colour.
A must have for any collector or true jordaner.

Nike air command force pump 1990

Another classic pump design from Nike to rival Reebok.
Glad these were re issued.

Air Force 180 pump High (yes I said pump!)

OMG.
These things are real!!!!!

I heard rumours of these back in the day. But never did I see them. They were like a dream or a legend from far off lands.

A sex child of my favourite styles. 180's and Pumps.
Ok so no where near as reliable and easy to use as Reeboks technology. But still a cool concept.
These 1990 bad boys are legends and are so rare that some have been sold on auction sites for well over £3000 a pair.

Nike Air Force 180 1992

Bad Ass!
The Air Force/180 combination was a creation developed for the basketball world. A real show off piece to rival any of the Jordan Styles.
Although I was never really a basket ball fan and was more into my running styles. I just had to have a pair of these.
Still got um to😀

Dunlop Green Flash 1830 - present day

Although Dunlop was founded as a rubber factory best know for making tires. In the1830's Dunlop developed the technique for bonding rubber and fabric and plimsolls were born.
Theses versatile shoes were populate throughout the 1800's to the early 1900's mostly for gym or active use and were never a fashion ikon.
The shoes had a re birth in the 1930's and were named the flash. But the trainers were hurtled into the limelight by Fred Perry when he wore them on centre court when he won Wimbledon in 1934, 35 and 36.
There have a few variations since its original creation. But not much has changed and they remain one of the most recognisable shoes ever.
A classic deserved of its place on KKAS.

Not impressed.

So....
As far as KKAS is concerned, there has been no real developments in the trainer scene for quite sometime. Hence the lack of posts.
KKAS is more about originalism so apart from the odd few styles. Only original colour ways will grace this blog.
There are already to many blogs that waste time on the new styles that don't deserve it. So we stick to the classics.

Keep a look out for future posts of past styles.

Offspring 20th birthday

KKAS wishes Offspring a happy birthday.
Thank you for providing us with trainers that would suit the gods for the last 20 years. Keep it up!
